Information you give us

When you place an order, send a custom inquiry, or contact Sarah, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, delivery date, and any notes you include. We use this information only to prepare, deliver, and follow up on your order.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe Checkout. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure pages and never touch our servers. Stripe's handling of your payment information is described in Stripe's own privacy policy.

Site analytics

We use our own first-party analytics to understand how visitors use the site. When you browse, we record your IP address, an approximate location derived from it (country, region, and city), your browser and device type, the page you came from, and the pages you visit here. A first-party cookie (yc_vid) identifies your browser for up to two years so return visits can be counted.

We also record which milestone steps of the order and contact forms are reached (for example, that a form was started). We never record what you type into a form unless you submit it.

We additionally use Google Analytics to measure site traffic. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and is governed by Google's privacy policy.

Spam protection and address suggestions

Order and contact submissions are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which may collect device and usage information under Google's privacy policy and terms of service. The delivery address field uses Google Maps address suggestions, which sends the text you type in that field to Google to provide completions.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers needed to run the site and fulfill orders: Stripe (payments), Resend (order and contact emails), and Google (analytics, reCAPTCHA, and address suggestions).

Retention and your choices

Order records are kept as long as needed for bookkeeping and tax purposes. Analytics records are kept to understand long-term site trends.
